Our company was created over a decade ago with the endorsement of the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) as a supply chain partner with Invatec, one of the industry’s most dependable suppliers. Our exclusive product source is medical and dental distributor overstock, and we require the selling dealers to take the following pledge:
“As a Participating Distributor in the HIDAoverstock.com program, I certify that all products sold to Invatec were originally purchased from the manufacturer and that no rebates have been filed with the manufacturer for that product.”

Participating Distributors that both sell to and buy from HIDAoverstock.com have found that they can use the pickup incurred from discounted product purchases to fund the discount when selling their overstock.
